CHILD ADVOCACY

AND FAMILY STABILITY PLAN

Every child deserves to grow up safe, supported, and surrounded by adults who are prepared to protect them, advocate for them, and help them build a stable future. Our child welfare system should do more than respond after abuse, neglect, or family crisis has already occurred; it should strengthen prevention, expand access to trauma-informed care, support families before removal becomes necessary, and ensure children have a consistent voice when they enter the court system.

This plan creates a stronger continuum of care from prevention and early intervention through advocacy, treatment, reunification, proper placement, permanence, and aftercare so that children are protected at every stage and families have a real opportunity to succeed.
