- Large Enterprise : 501 - 2500 Employees or $500,000 Salaries
- Large Business : 2501+ or +$500,000 Salaries

- Microbusiness-only incubator spaces or office parks at low rate and short terms
- Implement a focus on rural or economically depressed areas, giving grants and loan programs to support microbusiness in underrepresented areas
- Financial literacy and business management systems that allow for micro-loan cap expansion upon completion of classes.
