- All businesses receiving federal contracts must recertify their business size annually through a simple electronic report of total payroll and employee count.- Creates a public database listing all businesses with federal contracts and their classifications
- Mandates annual audits of 10% of federal contractors near business-size thresholds, conducted by the GAO, SBA, and Inspector Generals.
- Enforces heavy penalties for falsifying employment records; repeat offenders barred from receiving federal contracts for 5 years.

We need to increase our Federal Contracting Goals towards Small Businesses from 23% to 25%

- Established Tiered Set-Aside Goals :
- 3% for Microbusinesses, 7% for Small Enterprise, 15% for Small Business
- Promoting Goals that make sure that those who are equally qualified are equally empowered
- Of the new 25% of Funds set aside, 11% of those funds should try to go individually to Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned, Marginalized-Community-Owned, or Young-Adult-Owned BusinessesA 1% increase in Federal Contracts Fund to Small Businesses creates 100,000 new jobs, turning Federal Spending into Small Business success
