- Replace Area-Median Income valuation Hard Cliffs with a Sliding Scale where benefits gradually taper off as income rises.

- Allow Verified Rent Payments to count toward Mortgage Qualification, which score rent the same way lenders score credit cards or auto loans.

- Allow utility, phone, internet, insurance payments to reflect positive credit and protect student loan payment amounts and medical debt from being utilized against your home purchase
