If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you will need to contact our team’s customer services.
The damaged/incorrect product must be returned in its original condition before a replacement will be sent.

The orders are based on pre-orders and will be shipped at a later date mentioned in the product description. We do not guarantee the delivery date.
